Everything Changes! No matter how hard we try to keep things the same, something always mucks it up. Recently, we had a customer tell us that the Peach Salsa was a different color. Our recipe is always the same, but the ingredients do vary from recipe to recipe. What do we mean? Sometimes the peaches are a different color or they are sweeter peaches. Even the Jalapeno peppers change from season to season. These are all variables that we cannot control. So as hard as we may try to deliver the exact same product, batch after batch, it doesn’t always happen.
