Batter up!

In an earlier post Steve explained how to Fry Fish. However, he failed to mention the batter that he used. So, just thought I would share that “Drakes” is the batter of choice for him. Just mix the dry batter with water, to a fairly medium to thin consistency, dip the fillets and place in the fryer. Simple and delish!
